Paul Cathers

Owner

Paul was born in Vancouver, BC and schooled in business and hard work. He brings his determined nature to the management and curation of his successful design firm, furniture store, and rug gallery. Prior to the conception of Cathers Home, Paul traveled the world, working in the fashion industry. He now applies this global cultural exposure to his passion for design and interiors in a way that both influences and enriches Cathers Home's exciting collection of furniture and rugs.

When Paul isn't immersed in his business, he can be found with his family, pursuing his favorite athletic endeavors, or traveling the world.

Amanda Furlong

ASID, NCIDQ #29925, Lead Senior Interior Designer

Amanda graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and a Minor in Business. She went on to receive her professional NCIDQ certification, the highest qualification in the industry. 15 + years’ experience in the industry Amanda has honed in on her skills as a great listener, an impeccable eye for color, and is noted for her ability to think outside the box. Furthermore, her enthusiasm, creativity, and attention to detail ensure a fun, stress-free, and satisfying design experience for her clients.
